It’s been awhile, hope you’re all doing well. It’s been somewhat of an emotional roller coaster back here, but we’re managing . . .
I wanted to update everyone on the County Fair Away Mission. We’re scheduled to play on the opening day, June 30, 2p-3p at the Community Stage.
Map below from the County’s Vendor Handbook, it’s from 2018 but our stage is in the same location.
As an added bonus to performing on opening day, Dan-o just informed me that they’re providing free admission just for that day. See the following to see if you qualify.
Special Day Friday, June 30:
Ages 12 and under: free
Ages 65 and over: free (I’m sure there’s a bunch of us that qualifies for this!)
Veterans with ID: free (and I’m sure there’s a bunch of Vets in our group as well. )
No tickets required. On Friday, June 30, anyone qualifying for free admission (ages 12 and under, ages 65 and older, and veterans with ID) does not need a ticket. The Box Office staff will scan you in at the gates. Free admission tickets on June 30 will not sell out.
All Fair tickets must be purchased online. There are no ticketing kiosks at the gates, a QR code to purchase tickets will be posted at all entry points.
For details and to Register for the event click here, so I can get an idea of the head count for the stage. Also, if you don’t qualify for the Free Tickets mentioned above, type NEED TICKET in the Notes field when you register.
I will need to provide the County with a final ticket Count ASAP so please register ASAP to RSVP a SOS (Space On Stage). Mahalo.
