Aloha Ahi Ahi Kakou,
As some of you may (or may not) recall from previous emails, we’ll be attending the Kanikapila with George Kahumoku, Jr. this Friday in Napa County. Our Saturday Kanikapila will be held there as well at 3pm to 5pm (please register for the Saturday event if you’ll be attending). Click here to view our Event Calendar details.
I understand that before Friday’s Kanikapila, a food truck will be available for those of you coming early to the event. Nohea and I will be checking that out for sure. I’m also told that George will be providing some sheet music at his Kanikapila as well so you might want to bring a light duty music stand or a stapler to staple it to someones back! Ok, maybe not the latter.
That following Sunday Ken Emerson will be performing with his band “The Slackers in Paradise” 10:45 am – 11:15 am. Click here for a link to the NAPA Aloha Festival Entertainment Line Up.
And don’t forget about Shark-tober Fest the following week! Again, check our Events Calendar for details. Didn’t I tell you September was going to be a busy month?
We celebrated not 1, not 2 but 3 Birthday’s last Saturday (ok, well 4 if you count me), in order of declining age, Mike, Susan and Madison. Click below for photos . . .
Last Friday night, following a fabulous dinner by Joe Tato and his Kaukau Krew, was a Hot Summer (Bikram) Ukulele Night at the Elks Lodge. Click below . . .

UKEKU
because we forget,
shall it comes to pass again,
until remembered.
Right then, onward to the weekend all!
Aloha A Hui Hou,
