060122: Vendola Cafe Open for Service

Aloha UFOhana,

It looks like Nohea and I dodged another COVID salvo . . . after isolating, our tests came up negative. Mahalo to all of you for your sending your Mana and healing prayers our way.

While isolating I figured I’d make myself useful and do some maintenance on UFOHQ. Like clearing the landing strip of “some” wild grasses . . .

Rabbit’s Eye view of the grass. I think Jack Da Rabbit has been nesting in there somewhere.
SqL’s eye view of the grass, aka Field Of Screams. Wouldn’t be surprised if I find some are Triffids hiding in there!
Remember these guys?
Three and a half hours later . . . no Triffids and no sign of Jack either.
Another three and half hours and the front yard was done as well. Saw Jack running under the fence, into the back yard. Must be hiding under the wood pile . . .

For those of you who missed it, here’s a short video of Faith at the HHS Kerner Campus for AAPI pride day/month.

Mahalo Dan-O and Nohea for attending.

Btw, there are still a few seats left for Ken’s concert. Click the image below to RSVP on our Events Page while they’re still available.

Which bring us to this week’s Vanikapila.

Click above this Saturday to join Vanikapila 22.22

If you’ll be joining us IRL (In Real Life), you’ll need to be fully Vax and boosted. Wearing masks is highly recommended and as always, text me at 415-300-7804 if you’ll be attending IRL.

Remember to text Nohea at 415-572-1175 for song requests if you cannot get through the Live Stream chat.

from before time was,
we return our borrowed souls,
hope for another.

Aloha A Hui Hou,

Be sure to get my good side . . .
