COVID EXPOSURE ALERT!

One of our UFOhana Pilots have reported testing positive, after attending this past Saturday’s Kanikapila, for COVID though asymptomatic. They are doing well so far.

Nohea and I have tested twice this week and remain negative. Please test yourselves immediately and quarantine if necessary.

Mahalo for your Kokua in protecting your UFOhana!

BOT:

Aloha All,

Mahalo Nui Loa to all of you that attended this past Saturday’s Vani/Kanikapila. I know it was a “little warm” for those of you who attended IP (in person), mahalo for persevering and keeping the Aloha flowing though all that California heat.

Hauoli La Hanau Don! Mahalo Sandra for the Birthday Cup Cakes.
Sorry Bugs, you missed Kanikapila by one day . . . come back Saturday.

Here are the details on the AAPI event Marin Health & Human Services is sponsoring. Though the lunch is only for employees, Faith with be performing in the Kerner Center’s Court Yard, which is open to the public. Parking is limited so you may want to get there a little early. Be sure NOT to park in the Mi Pueblo parking spots as they will tow or maybe buy lunch at MP and bring it over to the Center?

And since we’re on the subject . . . there are still a few seats left for Ken’s concert. Click the image below to RSVP on our Events Page before they’re gone!

My Dad’s 1st ever car was this model, a used ’56 Buick Special. His did not have the wire wheels, just plain moony hub caps, but same paint job. He bought it in Beeville, Texas and drove us from Texas to California and shipped it to Hawai’i. Where he was permanently stationed and raised his family. Enough Chrome and Iron for ya?

And speaking of works of art. Check out Amey’s work below . . .

Love that Ukulele Amey! Mahalo for sharing.

And finally da ‘kine fo da week . . .
