050321: Vanikapila 19.21

Aloha Ahi Ahi UFOhana,

What a great Vanikapila session we had this past “May Day In Hawai’i” Saturday. Mahalo to all that attended and shared their Alohas. Especially to the OK-ers that braved the Blustery May Winds!

Click the incognito steel player below to view the online album. Wait a minute . . . doesn’t that hat looks vaguely familiar?

Please . . . Please . . . no paparazzi!
Ha! It’s the same hat! It’s ToroBago Man!
And there he is again with his Rat Rod Pickup Truck!

. . . he’s kind of like X-Files guy only instead of the truth it’s, “The Kolohe is Out There!”

Mahalo Nui Loa to Ken Emerson for sharing his Aloha and his 1930’s Vega Lap Steel this past Saturday. Totally amazing what you can do with a block of wood, some wires, steel strings, a 1900’s steel bar and a whole lot of talent! Lap Steel Genius . . . K=en2!

Me ke Aloha A hui hou and safe Journeys Brudda Ken.

Mahalo Carolyn for sharing Kolohe Kekahi with the UFOhana.

Btw, don’t forgot to RSVP a space if you’ll be joining us this Saturday in the backyard. Text me at 415-300-7804. Remember to text Nohea (Linda) at 415-572-1175 for song requests or comments if you can’t get on the Live Stream chat board.
