Hope you’re all having a great week thus far. I know, I know, the week is young, but we should always remember when we are given good times. After all you never know when they’ll come around again. Though in light of recent events, it seems “we” may be finally heading in the right direction and we should always be grateful . . .
Speaking of being grateful . . . I am grateful to all of you that attended our Outdoor Vanikapila last week, grateful to all the Hula Dancers that gave our songs to life and kino (body), grateful to our newest Ukulele Pilots (Dan and Nicole) for sharing their Aloha, grand keiki (Dan’s) and enthusiasm with us, to Melann for being Dan’s training ukulele pilot, grateful to our Studio Musicians for their mele and to my beloved Nohea for her love and inspiration. Me ke Aloha Pumehana kakou (with sincere heartfelt love and aloha to you all).

Aloha Nohea and Del- Amey has been painting my uke while we are playing along with you- she will be the featured Artist at Marin Open Studios for Cedars and she has a show May 2&3 and 8&9 at the Artist Within- we all have our vaccines now and Gar and I are looking forward to playing with you in the near future in person😀 Suz Joy🌺
