Saturday we’ll be at the UFOHQ (instead of Sonoma). The usual runtime of 2p-4p. BYOMusicStands, we’re good for chairs, BYORefreshments and Snacks (if you like). We need to be close to home because time constraints for a fund raising gig for PIKOhana.

We’re also offering free booth space at our Uku (Flea) Market for that day, pun intended, for those of you interested in selling your Old and New Ukuleles, Ukulele Gear, or even to promote or provide Uke services like Ukulele Repair and Ukulele Lessons and the like. On behalf of the PIKOhana Executive Board, I’d to take this moment to say Mahalo Nui Loa to the San Rafael Elks for hosting this fantastic event once again. It’s through their continued support and those who have participated in past Hele On events that made it possible for us for provide Ukuleles to Local Schools and community programs (like Hilltop YMCA). I’m sure HOU 2016 will be just as exciting. Please, consider showing your support for our Local 1108 Elks Chapter by joining or volunteering your services to their events.

The Ukulele Jubilee Uke-Anny begins again on Wednesday September 7th and will continue until Wednesday November 2th. Participation includes live performances at the San Rafael Senior Fair and the Mill Valley Tree Lighting Ceremony.
Our Uke-Anny includes Kanikapila sing along, instructions in strumming, soloing, blues and arpeggios.
The size of our Uke-Anny will BE LIMITED. We’ll meet on consecutive Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 starting on September 7 ending November 2.
