Saturday we’re back at UFOHQ (aka Kahau51). 2-4pm, BYOBeverage and Snack, Music Stands and of course, your Aloha.

Sunday, October 9th,  Brudda Jon Cyr has invited the UFOhana to attend the  Pancake Breakfast Fund Raiser aboard the USS Red Oak Victory – Richmond Museum Association . . . click here for details. Mahalo Nui to Jon and Debbie for inviting us to this great fundraising for the Victory Oak Museum. I have a feeling we may see Rosie “Da Riveter” on board again!

Next week Friday, the 14th we’ll be at the Elks. Usual run time of 7p-10p. BYOGear, Casual Dinner will be provided by the Elks at a Nominal Fee. Mahalo in advanced to Joe and the Elk-ders for hosting us.

Saturday, Oct 15th, we’ll be holding a Kanikapila with the Mano (Sharks)! See below for details. Pleased do drop by and help SOS (Save Our Sharks). I think there may be another Shark Hula this year!

The last two Friday will be at UFO HQ, Oct 21 and 28. Keep in mind that October 28th will be the UFOhana Halloween Costume Kanikapila (UHCK?) . . . and the last one until we get back from our Hawaii trip in November. Here are some images from last year to inspire you (click below for album):

Aloha All,

Just a quick post before I hit the sack. We’ll be at UFO HQ Friday, 7-10p and Saturday 2p-4p. Potluck on Friday and BYOB&S on Saturday. You folk know the drill by now I’m sure and don’t forget to bring your Aloha too. At ease . . .

On behalf of PIKOhana and Nohea, I’d like to thank the Elks and all the UFOhana that assisted with setup and tear down today of the 6th Annual Hele On Ukulele Kanikapila and Contest. And to all the participants and supports of PIKOhana that made is such a Fun and successful event. You folks really made it feel like a Hawaiian backyard Luau complete with Hawaiian Style Plate Lunch (thanks to Joe and Crew) and Tahitian dancers (Kilani and Crew)! All we need was a fire dancer . . . wait, no, better not on that one , , ,
Thanks to all your support we’re back on path to providing more Ukuleles to the Keiki and Schools in need.
