I hope you all had a quiet Memorial Day on this day of reflectances and remembrance.
I’d also like to send a Mahalo nui loa to our Military ‘Ohana, present and to those that have flown west (my father among them), for their service and sacrifice.
I got word from the County that we’re definitely performing at the County Fair on July 2. Performance time has not be set yet but they have allowed us a 45 minute slot, which is definitely better and 30. They’re asking that we be available sometime between 1-3 pm.
Speaking of the Fair, Joe Tato is asking for volunteers to assist at the Elks Booth serving beer. If you are able, please contact him via email at j_tato@yahoo.com.
