I forgot that I have a gig this Saturday so I won’t be holding a Kani/Vani-kapila this week, December 7. December 14 we’ll be performing at the Fairfax Holiday Craft Fair. So no Vanikapila that week either.

So, our next Vanikapila will be on Dec. 21. Which is our Annual Christmas Ugly Sweater/PJ/Potluck Night. Click here to register for the event.

Ok, I’m a little tired from rebuilding our latest rescue Christmas Topiary (see below) so I’m keeping this one short.

Newest member of our front yard Christmas Stable. Rescued from the streets of North San Pedro. Four hours of restringing with 100 feet of LED lights, 100 zip ties, cleaning and polishing. I think we’ll call him Rudy.

I hope you’ve all been keeping dry and enjoying the breaks between the rains. Thankfully, it’s giving time for those of us with below sea level homes (aka Vendola Cafe) a chance to dry out a little.

Mahalo Nui Loa to those who attended the Marin County Craft Fair event this past Wednesday. Schlepping gear, braving the rain, strong winds, losing your car, barefooted, up a hill, like the guy down below . . . anyway . . . I know we all had a great time and I think they even liked us. You guys are the bestest!
