Well we we survived another HOT (aka Bikram) Ukulele Session and thankfully it’s cooled down this week. Here’s hoping for cooler weather this Saturday.

Mahalo to those of you who attend IRL (InRealLife) and braved the blazing temperatures and to our Cyber ‘Ohana for joining us in Cyber Space, where the weather is always . . . well there is no weather.

I hope you all had a quiet Memorial Day on this day of reflectances and remembrance.

I’d also like to send a Mahalo nui loa to our Military ‘Ohana, present and to those that have flown west (my father among them), for their service and sacrifice.

I got word from the County that we’re definitely performing at the County Fair on July 2. Performance time has not be set yet but they have allowed us a 45 minute slot, which is definitely better and 30. They’re asking that we be available sometime between 1-3 pm.

Speaking of the Fair, Joe Tato is asking for volunteers to assist at the Elks Booth serving beer. If you are able, please contact him via email at j_tato@yahoo.com.
