Aloha kakahiaka UFOhana,

Hope you folks have survived the heat this weekend. We were fortunate to have very temperate weather on Saturday. It certainly appeared that way from the photos.

Mahalo to those of you who attended and to Susan Kessler and Joe Theisen for donating a music stand to the UFOhana.

Because you know how many music stands are enough . . . . right?

Speaking of having fun. Let’s not forget that we can start the weekend Kanikapila early at the San Rafael Elks this Saturday. Click the image below for RSVP a Dinner (admission to the Kanikapila). Where else can you have a fabulous dinner and be part of the floor show?

No specific menu just yet but keep checking their website for updates.

And then we’re back to our Saturday Vanikapila.

071025: Vanikapila 26.25 – Jai Josef Quartet Alert!

From Kimo Ayres,

This Friday evening, July 11 from 7 to 9 PM,  our amazing Quartet will be playing at the Sausalito Seahorse – one of our favorite rooms!

They’ll be serving up delicious Italian and Seafood Cuisine (plus a full bar) and we’ll be serving up our unique arrangements of Jazzy Rock and Rockin’ Jazz tunes from Sting to Santana (plus a few of our originals). Plenty of room for dancing too if you’re so inclined.

The Seahorse is located at 305 Harbor Drive in Sausalito . Tables in the music/dancing room are for diners only, so  please let them know at the door you’re there for the music and dinner.

Come prepared for a delicious and fun musical evening. Hope to see you!

Aloha,
James

Aloha ahiahi (Good Evening) UFOhana,

Another great Saturday down and another one rising, just below the horizon.

Here are the images to prove it.

Once again, mahalo nui loa to all of you that participated and supported the UFOhana at this year’s County Fair.

Judging from the audiences reaction it was probably one of our better County Fair performances, I’m sure having the Keiki and our UFOHH dancers with us certainly helped.

Hope you all great time at the County Fair. I know we did. Maybe we’ll get to do it again next year?

For those of you who missed it, click below to view the images from the Fair.

Click below to join us this Saturday virtually. Click here if you’ll be joining us in person at Vendola Cafe.

By the way, we will be having Dinner and Kanikapila at the Elks on the 18th. More details to come.
