Dear Winterfest Performing Artist,

Thank you so much for you and your group’s participation in this year’s Winterfest Celebration taking place on Sunday, December 6 from 11am to 6pm on the Downtown plaza in Mill Valley. We are looking forward to a great event. Below is the production schedule for the performance stage as well as all of the logistical information you should need. Please contact me if you have any questions.

The times listed are the start and end of your performance slot.
You must set up and break down within your allotted performance slot.
We will be running a very tight schedule. Please be quick, efficient and above all safe.
All members of your group should be on site 1/2 hour before your group’s scheduled performance slot begins.
If you have not done so, email me your tech requirements and stage plot by this Tuesday, December 1
Make sure your equipment is in working order. We will not have backup cables, strings, sticks, etc…
We do not provide music stands
We do provide folding chairs
Please review the attached site map and locate the
Performance Tent
Loading Zone (Miller Avenue)
Only use loading zone to drop or pick up equipment or group members. Use extra care around the loading zone.
DO NOT PARK in loading zone
Free parking is available at the Old Mill School parking lot. The lot entrance is located on Old Mill Street between Lovell and Throckmorton.
You will be contacted by Thursday, December 3 in the event weather forcasts deterime the event should be cancelled.
We will not reschedule the event if it is cancelled on December 6.

Aloha Ahi Ahi UFOhana,

What better way to start the Christmas Season than a Kanikapila at the Campbell Hall in Sausalito? BYPotluck, BYOGear (lights and music stands) and BYAloha to share with everyone! Run time is 6:30p to 9:30p. Mahalo to Reverend Chip and Linda Lee for hosting us once again. This Saturday we’ll be at the UFO HQ, 2p- 4p, BYOBeverage (water will be provided), No Meals, though you’re welcome to bring snacks if you like. BYOMusic Stands (and Chair just in case we run out).

Sunday, 12/6, we’ve been invited (Mahalo Tucker!) to perform the the Mill Valley Tree Lighting, 5p – 6pish, if you remember from last year, a small group of us will be plugged in to lead the Christmas Kanikapila. It’s going to be outside at the Depot, so we’ll need to huddle together to keep warm. Please refrain from grabbing the limited Ukulele connections and mics as they’ve already been assigned to our core band. Be sure to dress warm, bring music stands, book lights and Wind Clips. I’m printing up books, like last year’s, if you have them please bring then along so we can share the extras with the Public. Please be there by 4pm as parking will be tight.
