It’s that time of the month, 2nd Friday, which means we’ll be Strumming, Humming, Singing and Hula-ing(?) at the Elks. Run time is from 7pm – 10pm.  See below for menu that night. Hey, doesn’t Kimo have that same Aloha Shirt?

Speaking of Fridays, last Friday we were graced by Hulas from Kumu Lynn and Kumu Roselle!

Saturday we Kanikapila at the UFO HQ and practice for our Kane Hula . . . yes, that is Mark blowing the Conch . . .

This Saturday we’ll be meeting at the Novato Trader Joe’s for our 2p – 4p Kanikapila. It’s outdoors so be ready for some sun, heat, winds, etc. BYOGear! BYOWater, you know the drill. Aloha Everyone,

We are meeting at Hangar 1585 this Friday (aka UFOHQ), run time 7pm – 10pm. BYPotLuck, BYOGear and BYGoodVibes (aka Aloha) to share with everyone. Mahalo Nui Loa in advance to Fred Riley who’ll be the Bass Commander for that night.  Check out the album below, the Kane are practicing Holo Holo Ka’a for a possible public perform in JULY! Mahalo Charlotte for passing this Hula onto our UFOhana.

This Saturday we’ll be back at Hangar 1585 (aka UFOHQ), 2pm – 4pm.

One of our UFOhana Pilots, Pauline, is current on an Away Mission to her hometown of Liverpool. I asked her to send us photos of her and her Ukulele at various locations while back home. Click below to access the album which I’ll be be updating as her photo reports arrive. She’s beaming us Tricorder Scans (photos) with GPS Coordinates (imbedded in the photos) which Picasa will display in a map (right side) while viewing the online images (provided you’ve logged into your own Google Account). There’s also an option to view the Album in Google Earth which will allow you to tour (virtually) where she’s been . . . Beam Me Up Scotty! Have a great time Pauline but don’t forget to come back now!
