BOT:

Aloha Ahi Ahi UFOhana,

I hope you’re all managing well out there, safe from the heat, thunderstorms, lighting strikes, fires, power outages and, oh yeah, the COVID 19 thing. Many uncertainties out there, in both our natural and political landscape.

Yet through all the heat, darkness and fires, we continue to move towards our 19th Vanikapila this Saturday. The Strum must go through. Which more we can say for the Mailman’s Credo.

Mahalos to all the help from the O.K.ers, Wikio, Ralph, Don and Pauline for setup and everyone that helped with tear down. Thanks to your kokua we were able to get out of the heat before the wrath of that “Luck Ol’ Sun” . . .

Mahalo to our Cyber Pilots for jacking in and keeping us company in Cyber Space!

Ready Strummer One . . . engage . . .

Click above to connect to this Saturday’s Vanikapila.

Click below to view the Ukulele Pilots from last Saturday that braved the heat. They are predicting that temperatures this Saturday may stay in the low seventies until 1pm. Let’s keep our fingers crossed! Again, if you wish to attend an Outdoor Kanikapila, text me at 415-300-7804. Space is limited so first text, first seated.

Check out Elasti-Girl with her PPE!

It’s pretty hot in my UFOHQ Command Center so I’m keeping it short.

ukeku

sunlight spears the land,
waves of heat bleed from the earth,
shelter in shadows . . .

Ok, time to go soak in a cool shower!

Aloha A Hui Hou!
