011519: Elks = Friday, UFOHQ = Saturday, Brittni Paiva = Sunday

BOT:

Aloha Everyone,

The rains are upon us once again. Thankfully there are breaks between, giving Nohea time to run out and clear the drains of leaves and such. We’re managing pretty well so far and we thank all that have expressed concern about flooding at the UFOHQ. So far our Hangar remains dry and ready for incoming Ukulele Pilots, not to mention a pretty eventful weekend.

Starting with . . .

Friday: Elks State President Kanikapila

A special event at the San Rafael Elks lodge honoring the visit of the Elks State President. So, we were thinking maybe a little dress up in some fine Gold, Black and Bling might be in order for the ES President. But Joe is asking that we keep it casual. Hopefully, some of you have some casual, black, gold and not too blingy wear . . . anyway, we’re playing in the bar, but dinner is served in the dining room.

Brudda Joe Tato has a Ono-licious Local Kine menu lined up:
Appetizers (5:30PM)
Dinner (6:30PM) $15:
Garden Salad, Huli Huli Chicken, Herb Pesto Crusted Fish with Coconut Reduction, Tofu Stir Fry, Garlic Fried Rice, Brown Rice, Kimichi and a special Dessert (from Jen and Virginia).
