123023: Vanikapila 1.24

BOT:

Hauoli Maka Hiki Hou UFOhana!

Well, we just had our last Vanikapila of 2023 and now about to have our first Vanikapila of 2024.

But before that, we have our performance at the California Academy of Sciences on the 1.1.2024. For those of you attending please read the note from our host, Patrick Sysiong, below.

Hi Del,

I just wanted to give you a slight update prior to your performance on Monday.

-Hopefully we have enough parking space for your group, but there is always parking around the park if we run out of space. We have been seeing large attendance at the academy, and there can be a bit of delay getting into the park later in the morning. So please be prepared for park traffic.

-We have a slight update to our check-in process. Both performers/chaperones and guests are required to check in with our Envoy system, but only performers are required to sign the participant waiver.

If you have any questions, please let me know! Looking forward to seeing your group on Monday!

Best,

Patrick

So do please keep in mind that our first performance is at 12pm and the last at 2pm. Remember to bring a music stand and your CAS Flight Manual. I’ll bring a few copies for those who don’t have tablets or printers. Keep in mind that space is limited on stage so do consider sharing a music stand when/if possible. Wear colorful aloha attire and bring lots of extra Aloha so we can Strum In The New Year.
