BOT:

Hauoli Maka Hiki Hou Ka Kou!

Hope you all had a great time greeting the New Year. Here’s hoping to a better one then last . . . yes, I know . . .  but, we can hope . . .

What better way to start off the New Year than a Kanikapila at the Campbell Hall in Sausalito? Mahalo Nui Loa to Rev. Chip and his congregation for opening their doors to the UFOhana once again. We will be meeting at our usual time of 6:30 pm running till 9ish. BYPotLuck, BYBeverage, BYOGear (music stands and book lights) and BYAloha.

Speaking of New Year, here are images of last Friday’s B & W Night Kanikapila. Click below for album access.

Mahalo to all that participated and “dressed up” for this fun event!

This Saturday’s Kanikapila will be held as the UFOHQ. Here are images from last week’s Kanikapila . . .

And as is if that wasn’t enough . . . here are images from our Gig at the California Academy of Sciences on January 1st.

Mahalo Nui to all that participated (especially to my volunteer stage hands, Melann, Ted, Tony, and Wikio) and to Nicolette, of the CAS, for inviting us and for making us feel so at home. Also, Mahalo to Lynnette for bringing her haumana (students), new and past, always a treat and joy having the Keiki playing with the UFOhana.

UKeKU
haunting melodies,
a circle of birds above,
i remember when.

Have a great week everyone! See you soon . . .
